Our chef, Alberto Martín, is one of the most renowned Spanish chefs in the Dominican Republic. He’s been awarded L´Accademia della Cucina Italiana for the third year in a row and with the prestigious recognition of La Cofradia de la Buena Mesa de la Mar in Spain.

 

El Embarcadero

Embarcadero is the only restaurant in the Dominican Republic completely over the sea, a unique hidden gem on the country's coasts where you can taste seafood cuisine, along with chef's recommendations every weekend. It has the recognition of international recommendation Cucharón del Buen Guiso Marinero by the institution "Buena Mesa de la Mar".

El Chiringuito

El Chiringuito, an elegant duality of beach and pool styles designed for the entire family, where you can enjoy a local and international selection of dishes, from breakfast while admiring the calming sea to dinner under the starry sky.

La Trattoria

La Trattoria, awarded for the fourth consecutive year by the "Accademia Italiana della Cucina", is located in Casa Club, a space surrounded by the gardens and characteristic colonial styles of Club Hemingway, ideal for tasting the most representative Italian recipes in the country. From a selection of cold meats, cheeses, and risotto, to pastas and sauces tastier. Every weekend, Chef Alberto Martín makes his recommendations and selection of dishes off the menu.

Gaspar

Gaspar is the restaurant of the Casa Hemingway, it has a different tasting menu every weekend, created by our renowned director of Food & Beverages, Chef Alberto Martín. Each menu is inspired the most emblematic recipes and traditions of Spanish cuisine.

La Terraza

La Terraza, our latest creation in front of the a beautiful, idyllic beach location that is characterized by crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and lush centenary plam trees and an infinity pool that will delight adults and children alike. A fresh, up-to-date menu, with gastronomic corners that cover the most emblematic cuisines in the world, in addition to chef Alberto Martín's usual recommendations for the weekend.
