Reservation can be canceled without penalty up to five days before arrival. 

In case of no-show at the Hotel (No-Show), the full stay will be charged to the guest's guarantee card.

The remaining total of the reservation will be made at check-out by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)

Casa Hemingway proceeds to charge the first night within the five days prior to check-in.

Additional consumption of restaurants or other Hemingway services that apply to be charged directly to the suite, will be charged at check-out as well. 

During check-in, the guest will be given a form and agreement for the use of the suite and facilities of the Hemingway complex. Any damage caused by the guest during their stay will be notified via email with the charge that will be made to the registered card.  

Check-in time to the hotel is from three in the afternoon and check-out before twelve noon. 
If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please request it prior to your arrival to be able to confirm according to our availability.
